Humairi Ahmed, B.Sc , M.Sc (Chairman)
Mr. Ahmed had his first degree from the Ahmadu Bello University,
Zaria and a master Degree in Organisation Development fom Sheffield
University, United Kingdom. Mr.
Ahmed has considerable experience traversing banking and finance,
Human Resources and Economic development matters etc.
He sits on the board of many companies amongst which are Riveroaks
Utilities Limited, JSP Corporate Communications Limited and Bank
of the North Limited. He is presently an Economic Development
Consultant to the Nasarawa State Governement and Managing Director/
Chief Executive Riveroaks, Drake and Sweeney Limited Abuja, an
Economic Development Consultants Company.

Olatunji
Baoku, M.Sc, FCA
Mr. Baoku is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience
in Banking and Economic Development Consultancy. He is currently
the chief operating Officer of Riveroacks, Drake and Sweeney Limited
a multi-discipline and integrated Economic Development Consultancy
firm. Mr.
Baoku was a former Managing Director of Safetrust Savings and
loans Limited, one of the five (5) healthiest mortgage institutions
in Nigeria. He also sits on the board of many other companies.
Married with Children, Tunji as he is fondly called, is an avid
reader and likes watching soccer.

Ibrahim
Babayo HND
Mr. Babayo is a respected Urban Development Consultant with experience
spanning both project and facility management. He was a former staff
of International Trust Bank PLC and Savannah Bank of Nigeria PLC.
He is currently the General Manager of Riveroaks,
Drake and Sweeney with special responsibility for World Bank Projects
Mr.
Babayo is a widely travelled and enjoys watching soccer.

Akintunde
Giwa, B.Sc, MBA
Mr. Giwa is a banker of repute with over 20 years experience in
all facet of banking. He has held several senior management positions
in the banking industry and currently sits on the board of Fotune
International Bank PLC as an Executive Director and Fotune Assurance
Company Limited on non Executive basis. Mr.
Giwa is widely traveled and enjoys playing squash at his spare
time. He is married with children.

MORDI, DBIL, ACII (LONDON), AMNIM
GLO as he is fondly called started his insurance career in 1976
with the Lion of Africa insurance company Limited as a Clerical
Assistant and has worked with several other insurance companies
like Law Union and Rock Insurance Company Limited where he rose
to the Superintendent at a very young age. He also worked in reputable
Insurance broking firms like Hogg Robinson Nigeria, Femi Johnson
and Company Limited and African General Insurance Brokers Limited
which he left as a senior manager. GLO is a highly respected professional.
He holds a diploma in Business and Industrial
Law from the University of Lagos and also the Associateship Diploma
of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London (ACII) since 1989.
He is an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management.
GLO has traveled extensively both within and outside the country
to attend African Insurance Organisation Conferences and professional
courses in Insurance with particular emphasis on Oil and Gas,
Special risks, areas in which he is acknowledged as a specialist.
